CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE enterprises, cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises, logistics enterprises and other domestic enterprises involved in cross-border E-COMMERCE B2B export business shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions on record-keeping by customs declaration units, go through the record-keeping procedures with the local customs.
